The MIS-Help Desk provides the customers and staff of CLIU an effective, primary point of contact for timely and consistent response to computing related issues and requests. This includes:
A helpful and friendly first point of contact for all departments of MIS.
Basic support for CSIU, Power School, SchoolMax, Internet, Email, Filtering, Microsoft applications, WEB IEP, CPE tracker and everyday computing.
Providing each caller with a unique ticket number to accurately track your issue to completion.

When calling the help desk please have the following information ready.
- Your name (first and last)
- Your school and building name
- Your phone number
- Where the machine is located (room #, office, etc.)
- Detailed information pertaining to the problem you are experiencing and/or to your request
- What you have tried to correct the problem (if applicable)
Technology can become overwhelming at times. Our goal is to provide our users with the resources to help them become more productive. If assistance is required, members of our Help Desk team will try their best to point you in the right direction. Users with issues that cannot be solved by the Help Desk will be referred to a specialist within the MIS Department.
