The CLIU #21 Facilities Tracker is an online web-based application designed to be an organized and centralized tool set to manage Event Scheduling, Invoicing, and Maintenance Requests throughout an entire district.

  • District wide staff members with proper access can submit work orders
  • Multiple access levels available
  • Supervisor Level can assign tasks to specific personnel
  • Staff level can access and update tasks with appropriate status
Invoice & Report Manager
  • Multiple, customizable reporting features available
  • Output can be exported to PDF or Excel format
  • Districts can generate invoices for outside organizations using facilities
  • Ability to select range of dates of events and assign detailed unit pricing
