|
| You Send It........We Scan It |
| The CLIU's most current service is Electronic Document Imaging to provide school districts and businesses the opportunity to archive records that have been boxed and stored over several years. |
|
| A folder hierarchy is designed to reflect your own database history. |

Paper documents are scanned, created to images, and then each folder defined with your preferred fields which are used to retrieve the information. The scanned images, as well as Viewing Software, are next burned to a CD-Rom. |

In one step, your records and instructions on how to use the View Station are at your fingertips using your PC's disk drive. The records can be opened, searched, read, and copied. |

Also available are post-job shredding/disposal and security backup copies. |
