The Tides of Change Registration for the 2008 Conference is now closed.
The Tides of Change theme was chosen to define the evolving, dynamic role of today's secretary/ administrative assistant. Currently, it is more common for secretaries to take on the challenge of a leadership role including committee participation and facilitation; supervision of staff members, either directly or indirectly; and decision making. Tides of Change offered beneficial professional development and provided a valuable networking opportunity as well. The goal of the conference was to offer practical information that could be applied in daily work routines and increase productivity.
